To the maximum extent permitted by law, HookNest and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to trading losses, data loss, or service interruptions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
