We collect: name, email address, account credentials, profile information, and communication preferences. This information is required to create and manage your HookNest account.

When you connect brokers or execute trades through HookNest, we collect trading history, portfolio data, strategy configurations, and performance metrics to provide and improve our AI-powered features.

We automatically collect usage data including pages visited, features used, click patterns, session duration, and error logs. This helps us improve platform performance and user experience.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies for: authentication sessions, user preferences, analytics, and security. You can control cookie preferences through our cookie consent manager. Essential cookies cannot be disabled as they are required for platform functionality.

We store securely hashed passwords, session tokens, trusted device identifiers, and OTP verification records. We never store plain-text passwords. Session tokens are invalidated on logout.

When you sign in with Google, we receive your Google profile name, email address, and profile picture. We do not receive or store your Google password. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google account settings.
